GO AWAY! DON”T TALK TO ME!!!

EVER TRY AVOIDING YOUR FRIENDS WHO HAS BAD BREATH BUT COULDN’T BECAUSE HE/SHE IS YOUR FRIEND? AND WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF HE/SHE HAS BAD BREATH? TELL THEM OR IGNORE?

It was 2 days ago where I and my friend went to the photography fair held in Mid Valley Convention Centre. It was pack with people and full with visitors. Definitely there would be some business selling products at their booth, and when you see booths around, there will definitely be sales personnel around.

My friend saw a cute looking guy from one of the booths and went up speaking with that guy. 2 minutes later, she left and I asked her why. She said, “That guy is cute, but when he opens his mouth, I felt like slapping him.” Not because that he was perverted or something, but he had serious bad breath.

Therefore, here are some informations on how to have a breath that please everyone every day.

According to Discovery Health, fixing bad breath depends on what’s causing it. In 80 to 90 per cent of cases, it is due to something in the mouth, more often, Plaque which is the nearly invisible film of bacteria that is constantly forming in the mouth, which is often responsible for bad breath.

Occasionally, bad breath is due to something in the lungs or gastriointestinal tract (which refers to the stomach and intestine), or to a systemic (bodywide) infection. However, eating a garlic meal, drinking alcohol and also the use of tobacco is also a MAJOR cause of having a bad breath.

Therefore, below are the 6 TIPS to keep yourself off from having a bad breath.

1)Keep Your Mouth Clean
This means a thorough brushing twice a day and flossing regularly. Food and bacteria trapped between teeth and at the gum line can be removed with floss. If they’re left to linger, then bad breath is imminent.

2)Cleaning Your Tongue
Bacteria left on tongue can contribute to bad breath. Therefore, be sure to brush your tongue after you brush your teeth.

3)Wet Your Whistle
A dry mouth can quickly cause bad breath. Saliva helps clean your mouth as it has a natural antibacterial action and it washes away food particles. The “morning breath” is the result of reduced saliva flow at night.

4)Rinse
Always rinse your mouth with plain water after eating. Swishing the water around after meal and prevent bad breath from setting in.

5)Munch on Parsley (I dislike this the most because I dislike parsley)
Munching on parsley or spearmint won’t cure bad breath, but the scent of the herb can help to cover up offending oral odor temporarily.

6)Eat to Smell Sweet
Foods that help fight plaque may also help fight bad breath. Opt for celery, carrots, peanues or a bit of low-fat cheese if you want something to snack on.

Although the tips above could help your breath to smell better, but by figuring out the causes of bad breath is always the best way to deal with the problem for a long term.

Therefore, if you do not want to smell like a DONKEY,

remember to always keep your mouth clean.

Cheers. ^^ (off to keep my dental hygiene clean now)
