EVER WONDER ON HOW IT FELT WHEN YOU’RE BEEN INVITED TO JOIN A TRIP TO A POLLUTED VICATION SPOT? REJECTING WOULD DEFINITELY BE THE FIRST TO POP IN A PERSON’S MIND. BUT… THINK IT ON THE CONTRARY… IT MIGHT NOT BE THAT BAD… INSTEAD… IT MIGHT BE BETTER THAN WHAT YOU’VE THOUGHT…
It was a Saturday morning, and indeed a disastrous Saturday morning as we had to go for class at 8am in the morning. It wasn’t really pleasant as we’ve been screwed for 4 hours during our “crisis management” class, where the lecturer was trying to prepare us to become a crisis manager.
Life was tough for 4 hours, as life turned tougher when we were on our way, travelling to Port Dickson. Traffic congestion and heavy rains has seriously brought frustration into my life, adding on with the lack of sleep at night, rushing for assignments.
Port Dickson, a destination in Malaysia which was known as a tourist spot, has been polluted in the past decade. Indeed, it wasn’t really a good choice of choosing that spot as a travelling spot when it first came to my mind. But still, I’m an adventurer, as I like to go for adventures together with my friends and my beloved digital camera.
As I had mentioned, it wasn’t a really pleasing day for us to travel to Port Dickson as it has been raining for the whole day. And as I had mentioned, I am an adventurer, therefore, bringing rain to my journey means totally nothing (by the way, I love rains)…
Traveling from a temple, to the port and ended up on the beach was definitely a trip, as I was really shock. The water was much clearer than what I had expected on the beach, as this means that the government’s initiative to clean up the beach really did help to minimize the ocean’s pollution. But the people still has a third class mentality, throwing rubbish all over the place, which is totally ridiculous.
