Rules and meant to be broken…

HUMANS HAVE ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT THEY ARE SMARTER THAN OTHERS, WISER THAN OTHERS, AND WHEN PROBLEMS OCCUR ON THE VICTIM AND HE/SHE WOULD BE THE PERSON SUFFERING WHILE OTHERS JUST STOOD AND WATCH, THANKING WHO-SO-EVER FOR NOT FALLING THE PROBLEMS ON THEMSELVES. IF THEY KNEW THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM, WHY DIDN’T THEY TAKE PREVENTION MATTERS? AND WHY DO THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR PROBLEMS TO COME AND THEN ONLY WILL THEY TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY?

“A first class facilities with a third class mentality” had always been the sentence used by our former Prime Minister to educate the people on which facilities are given to the citizens, but citizens misused it, or rather I would say, not to use something where efforts are put into it. All the people did was to blame the government for not giving enough facilities to the citizens around, but all I can say would be that, the citizens themselves are actually slapping themselves onto their own faces.

We pay the government taxes, and all the government did was to provide us better facilities with through the tax money that we had paid. As for a true example, I was walking through from the Monorail to the LRT this afternoon, and from there, I would need to cross the wide road where pedestrian bridge was built to ensure the safety of the people itself. While I was walking on the pedestrian street, I found out that a bunch ignorant people were walking pass the street, where they would endanger their life just to rush for the next departing. At that time, I was thinking on whether this pedestrian bridge should be build at the first place or not. Whether the government should use this tax money to build more things for the safety of the people or not as the people are the one who are not using it and they are the ones who are complaining about it.

There are people outside there, who are starving, and there are people outside there, who are devastated to live a longer life and all you ignorant people did was to put your life on the line. What is this? Playing a game with the death god? Of course the undertaker and the coffin maker would be happy if this happens, as they would be able to earn more money, unless you would want to embalm your body and keep it as a frame at home.

Why do people like to break laws when laws are made by the people themselves? If laws are meant to be broken at the first place, then law shouldn’t exist to enhance the peacefulness of the society by giving what the people wants. But laws are made to control the people, and when people are controlled, it makes them work within the boundary. But cases would be different IF creativity can be made within the boundary. Therefore, if laws are being made by humans who have the authority to control others, all the others can do is to work out to be a successful person within the boundary and lastly, would be able to control the humans who had been controlling you in the first place.

Think this way, if killing was to be made legal in the country, if raping was to be made legal in this country, if robbing was to be made legal in this country, won’t it sound like a country dominated by terrorist, in which according to Marxist theory, no matter how little or how much you earn, it will still need to be divided equally among others. If this would have happened, I would think that nobody would work as they can sit and get paid through the hard work of others, and this will go on and on until nobody would work and everyone would starve to death, turning the country to its end.

Therefore, people, please, think about the law, it is used to protect us, and if we could play within the law, it will be a bright future for us, rather than darkness without appreciation from anybody even though efforts are being made out. Vehicle speeding, walking through roads without using pedestrian, and etcetera are rules made not to be broken, for the safety of your life, and also for the safety of others. If you would not even think about your life, think about the people around you, they would be moaning for you, crying for you. Therefore… THINK before you ACT!!

Controlling others or being controlled by others?

THINK ABOUT YOUR LIFE WHERE YOU ARE CONTROLLED BY YOUR PARENTS SINCE YOU WERE YOUNG, THINK ABOUT YOUR STUDIES IN DIFFERENT INSITUTE WHERE YOU WERE CONTROLLED BY LECTURERS/TUTORS TO COMPLETE YOUR HOMEWORK JUST FOR THE SAKE OF GETTING COURSEWORK MARKS, THINK ABOUT YOUR FUTURE WHERE YOU WILL BE WORKING AND BEING CONTROLLED BY YOUR HIGHER UPS, THINK ABOUT YOUR… WHERE IS FREEDOM AFTERALL? WHERE IS THE TIME FOR A PRIVATE AND PERSONAL SPACE?

It has been a few days since I last updated my blog. Wondered why right? Because of a two things which has occurred. Remembered the blog previously where I had posted the feelings of mine regarding the singing competition I joined? It was the Saturday and Sunday where this singing competition was held and from there, I had so called wasted two days of my time, but it was my interest though, so I did not blame it. But regardless, after I came back from that competition, I started assignment where it is needs to be passed up on Thursday. Therefore, I rushed through the whole assignment where the topic which was given was “Trademark”, where our tutor wants us to talk about the case of Apple Inc. v. Woolworths. But the problem here is that this case is has not ended, therefore, he wants us to assume the ending of the case itself and here the problem comes. We started doing and doing and doing and continued doing again, for hours, for days and it never end because we do not know why it happened and by accomplishing this assignment itself has killed another ten of thousands of my brain cells again. I do not have enough brain cells to be used in the future, so please stop helping my brain cells to age. But when we handed up our assignments, our tutor marked it right on the spot and passed it back to us. Imagine how simply did he mark our paper? He just flipped through and just ticked a few, and started giving his evaluation for our assignment but regardless of what, all of us passed our assignment. HOORAY for LAW!!

But then, here comes another problem. I think I can called it a stacked up obstacles, just like the sports equipment used in Japan where they stacked it taller and taller and the students would have to jump over it and it goes the same here. After our cyber law assignment, there comes statistics and we would have to pass it up on the same day itself. If it is not a stacked up homework, then what would it be known as? According to my previous experience, I used up 4 hours just for this statistic homework so I doubted the same for this homework and just like what I have guessed, I used up 4 hours and 30 minutes just for this homework. For god sake! Isn’t this a little bit over for student to eventually sit in front of the table to finish the whole homework for 4 hours? And by doing it every week, what do you want from us? Asking us to commit suicide and therefore not to go for your class anymore. For god sake! And those were the curses I have been cursing while I am doing my statistics. But regardless, I completed it after my law assignment and then I started my official break where it did not went long because without you knowing, class is here and therefore, I went for class and life continues killing my brain cells. Haha. But regardless on what happens, life is full with obstacles, the more obstacles you have passed through in the present, the lesser obstacles you will be facing in the future, as you would have the idea on how to cope with the same obstacles in the future, as human’s life is a ball, where it goes round and round.
