Supper…. HmmMmm..




PEOPLE HAD BEEN SAYING THAT SUPPERS ARE BAD FOR HEALTH. BUT IF YOU LOOK AT THE OTHER WAY ROUND, IT BRINGS A POSITIVE SIDE MENTALLY. THEREFORE, IS IT GOOD OR BAD?

Supper, a phrase that would be used by most of the people, especially youngsters nowadays where they would be meeting up at night, for a drink or maybe a chat together with friends. But parents had always been nagging all around, “remember to not come back late…”, “Supper is bad for health… just take a look at your dad, do you want to have a belly like him someday?” and of course the answer would be “no”.

But there are some things about supper that most of the youngsters do nowadays. Rather than eating and drinking all the time, it is the time for youngsters to actually get to know each other in a better way, the relaxed way, where they could be sitting down, chit chatting all night long, releasing stress, and getting tired for work or class the next morning. But this is the so called night life of us.

Getting better in relationship, tying up a closer band between friends or maybe families and relatives, and also building up a person’s network are mostly gained from supper. Chit chatting together, exchanging experience is also a method contributing to the thoughts and minds of the people nowadays for their job, because this is the time and this is the place where they could actually gain more thoughts and mental creativity to boost up their job.

Therefore, supper can be a good thing, which might be turning into an era where it brings health to a person’s life (except for the not getting enough sleep at night). So, if Eu want to build up your own network, or to get to know or understand more about people, the easiest way would be through supper, as anything could be talked about, chatted about without any boundaries. So, supper… anyone?
