Different?? Outcast?? Normal??

HUMANS ARE MADE DIFFERENT, THAT IS WHY EVERY HUMAN IS UNIQUE. BUT MOST OF THE TIME, WHEN PEOPLE ACT DIFFERENTLY, THEY’RE BEING OUTCAST BY THE SOCIETY BY SAYING THAT, BECAUSE THEY ARE DIFFERENT AND THIS COULD NOT BE ACCEPTED BY THE SOCIETY, THEREFORE, THEY ARE KNOWN AS THE MINORITIES…

Living in a life of this body isn’t easy, where this soul and thoughts of mine are made to think different, to become a different person from other people, and would always like to be a step higher than others. But because I am solely the person who likes to be different, people always perceive me as a weird person, therefore outcast me from the society.

I live in a life where I was happy, but not for long anymore. People look at me differently, talk to me differently and act differently in front of me when time passes by. It wasn’t something that I have always wanted to be, but all I wanted was just to be somebody new, unique, creative and somebody that nobody in this world could possibly have or do. But the society just followed on its rules,

Rule number 1: being different = outcast by the society,

Rule number 2: follow the society or get out from this society.

I’ve always wanted a life to be just as simple as all of you, but at the same time, I am still looking for myself, who I am and what I am suppose to be. But everyone just treats me differently. Just like recently when I cut my hair for charity, everyone in college started to look at me in a different way. Not in a good way, but instead in a bad way. Although most of the time, all I’ve always wanted was attention, because attention was not given to me, the limelight was paid on me and all I could ever do is to stand aside, all by myself, doing things that suits and make me happy.

But by doing things that could make me happy and not recognized by others means a total failure. It concerns me a lot on what everyone is thinking about me (and I am not talking about the hair now, but me myself, as an individual with personality and characteristics). Being outcast by the society means nothing but total garbage here in this world, where there won’t be any place that could ever fit you into this world, totally clueless on what to do next, and what step to take next.

All I’ve always wanted was to fulfill my own dream, but instead, in this reality, without money and without the support of the society, nothing can be done. This is where even the closest person you could ever know push you down the cliff and said good bye, at the same time walking together with others, the crowd that is known as the “trend”, in which making everyone normal when everyone is the same.

Humans should not be treated this way, as a matter in fact people should be accepted on who they are. Although it is a hard thing to do, because most of the time, I would outcast people through different things such as stereotype, in which it is hard to change, because of our own mentality.

Being outcast has shown me something, being a failure in life, just because I am different from others. Being different is not something bad. It is just an image that was perceive and taught by our elders and society since we were young. Mindset should be changed, and things should come to a bottom line that people should accept on who they are and what they think, even when you have to fake it out most of the time, but it allows people to do things that they want.

How many years of life do we still have left when time passes by second by second, minute by minute, hour by hour, weeks by weeks, months by months and years by years in just a glimpse. Not much. For the sake of others, and for the sake of ourselves, live for others which will lead you to live for yourself.

Looked at a different way....

BEING A DIFFERENT PERSON IS TOUGH, AND WHEN EVEN THE CLOSEST PERSON YOU KNEW BEFORE DID THE SAME AS OTHERS DID TO YOU IN A CERTAIN TIME, LIFE CHANGES… JUST LIKE DROPPING INTO A DEEP…… DARK….. HOLE… DUG BY FATE….

I thought it would be a happy night for me to have a surprise call from you, by telling me that you’re looking for me today, as time passes by , leading all of us to a path that I didn’t know who you really are anymore. I still adore you, but I really hope to get something back, to search for something back from the past, which would be safety from you. But things have changed. It has changed until I have no idea on how it works anymore, I have no idea on how to make things worst like before, I have no idea on how to grab your attention anymore.

Life wasn’t easy for me back then without you. Leaving me alone in the past and continued with your own life. I suffered from being a different person than others outside; I suffered from being looked differently by the people outside; and so did you tonight. It wasn’t really pleasant and it wasn’t really something that you should have laughed about. Because we did that in the past to me, and because now I do the same to you and you called me in a different name. I don’t hate you for this, but I am really disappointed.

You are just not you anymore. I don’t feel safe like back then, I can’t do anything I thought I could do anymore, just because of words from you. It was a damn hard impact from you after you started with that word, and since then, I’ve startled all night long, feeling deeply depressed and exhausted waiting for you to come back all these while, and all you can say is that to me? And once again, what I really hoped for tonight is for you to care for me. You did in some form, but not the way I wanted, not in terms of monetary or whatsoever, but in terms of yourself. It wasn’t easy for me tonight, and it never did…

But as mentioned before, this would be our last meeting. I trusted “the secret” and believed in the “Law of Attraction” just like you did, and so would I believe that tonight will be the last night that I’ll be together with you. Although I knew I couldn't be with you any longer as life will definitely break us apart. So long and shall fate put us together again in the future. Take care and goodbye.

Reality of Life!!

TELLING OTHERS THE TRUTH IS HARD, TELLING OTHERS LIE IS HARDER, SO, WILL THE BEST SOLUTION BE ANSWERING THE QUESTION BY NOT ANSWERING THE QUESTION? If you know what I mean…

It has been a day for me, where life has go on and on and on, as event approaches and all the stressful, hectic life just fell onto me in a sudden, felling like a 10,000 tons of workloads falling down from the sky, feeling like the end of the world for most of us. But it is undeniable that life is fun when it is hectic, but problems do occur when there are so many things in your life that you would need to accomplish.

Therefore, people has been asking me questions on how are they going to do, what shall they do, what are they supposed to do, what would my solutions be and bla bla bla. But most of the time, I wouldn’t be answering those questions because I know how much reality hurts. It really hurts the fragile heart of a human being, although people has always mentioned that telling the truth might hurt, but telling lies hurts more than telling the truth. In other words, neither tell lies nor the truth to your friends.

So most of the time, I could only answer questions by not answering the question. Sounds complicated? But it works. Most of the time, people would not question on things that they do not understand. And after a few times repeating this method, eventually they will give up. Although this might be a solution, but it will only be a short term solution. Running away from the reality will not solve any problems. Therefore, telling a lie, or telling the truth will still occur, but delayed during the process.

Life is hard as human would need to choose. Human beings were not created to own everything in this world, therefore, choosing the right things to say, the right things to do in life is always the hardest choice. But no matter what the result is, whether it is a good or bad results, it will always be the best results you’ll ever had, because it reflects on who you are, and what have you passed through in life; it reflects that you are capable of completing something and gaining some knowledge even though you failed; and it reflects your personality as a person.

Doing the right things by picking the right choice is always hard. But always remember something, follow you heart, as it will leads you to the pathway of your life, and never let go of it..... cheers people... ^^

You’ll Never Wake Up AGAIN!!!

HOW LONG NORMAL HUMAN BEING WOULD NEED TO SLEEP A DAY? 6 – 8 HOURS? BUT PARTICULARLY, THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WANT TO SLEEP, OR IN OTHER WORDS, FEAR OF SLEEP CAUSING INSOMNIA IN THEIR LIFE. AND HERE IS MY STORY….

I had always a problem where most of the people faces, which would be insomnia, usually caused by over thinking which has brought me towards this matter. But recently, seems like things are getting worst and way off hand, which would be nightmare and the afraid of sleeping. This nightmare would always happen, at the moment when I was about to step into my slumberland. It just comes up, leads me towards this nightmare, and you know what I did? Try my hardest to pull myself out from the dream and eventually wake myself up from my sleep and never gone to bed again for that particular night.

But thing seems way out of hand right now. I am actually writing this post at 3.50am and yet it is a Monday morning, in which it means class day in the morning later. I wanted to sleep, but just simply don’t dare to sleep, fearing that things might go way out of hand and will never wake up again, or in other words, doesn’t want to leave this world so soon as there are still so many things around me that I would love to accomplish before I die.

According to Bukisa.com, there are 2 types of phobia that can be seen in this situation:

Oneirophobia:
“Fear of dreams. While not officially accepted by the scientific community, Oneirophobia is nonetheless quite real. It is not, as you would imagine, a fear of nightmares, it is rather a fear of facing the intimate parts of a persons’ life they can represent."

Somniphobia/Hypnophobia
“Fear of sleep. This one is surprisingly common, with thousands of documented cases each year. While most sufferers realize that it is completely unnecessary to be afraid of sleep, this does not help them at all. It could be caused by an experience of nightmares as a child, which it is subconsciously trying to avoid.”

Both of these phobias are ranked as the 10 unusual phobias around the world. Although it is easy to say and think from a normal person like “who hates to sleep? Everyone loves to sleep.” But it doesn’t mean that it does not exist. People do have different problems and the only thing to do is to find a solution to it.

Therefore, in order to get rid of the fear of sleeping, phobia-fear-release.com has mentioned that a person first have to reduce the benchmark anxiety level within their brain, which generally becomes reset during a particular condition of anxiety disorder. Moreover, when a person is irritationally anxious, the benchmark anxiety level is even more elevated resulting in unnecessary panic disorders. However, it is even more insulting that most of the fear eliminating therapies involves months and years in making the individual get rid of fearful conditions.

There are also several drugs which are often prescribed through the medications are never without essential side effects or withdrawal symptoms. However, the truth lies in the fact that drugs cannot completely cure sleeping phobia or any other form of phobic instances. Drugs can only temporarily subside the condition by providing a short-term relief where fear of sleeping usually occurs when a person attach emotions to situations and proceed towards a wrong and indefinite destination.

So, the best cure would be to learn on how to release the negative emotions and look for a bright and promising future.

This idea by phobia-fear-release.com seems kind of true as I don’t really sleep most of the time which are due to emotions that occurs while I am sleeping. Emotions that might one day lead to a worst case scenario of my life, depression or even death. True that this doesn’t cure within days or whatsoever, although it takes times, but just hope and pray for the best that things can come back in control, and never leave my side again.

WE CAN'T RUN AWAY FROM REALITY,
EVEN IF WE COULD RUN AWAY FROM IT,
WE COULDN'T RUN AWAY FOREVER.

SO ALL WE CAN DO IS TO FACE IT!

And as for those who have the same problem as I do, stay strong and stay tough, as we definitely can get through this matter together, and remember, you are not alone, as Eu is here to face the problem with you. Cheers people. ^^

Twist and turn on a sprained ankle… you think you Bruce Lee Meh??

IT ALWAYS HAPPENS TO PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY DURING SPORTS WHERE THEY WOULD HAVE THE EXPERIENCE OF ANKLE TWISTED AND NOT TAKING ANY PROPER ACTION TO CURE IT BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE…. THE ANKLE MIGHT CURE, BUT IT WOULD BRING A BIG CONSEQUENCE TO YOUR FUTURE LIFE.

Remember on how I twisted my ankle yesterday caused by the spoiled sports shoe that I was wearing and now you should know that wearing a proper shoe could be very helpful in preventing any parts of the body getting hurt. But the main problem is, what happens if it was an accidental? because sports can be rough at times. Here is some information to guide you through to get your ankle heel faster when an ankle sprain occurs. But first of all, let us all understand on what is a sprained ankle.

According to SportsInjuryClinic.net, a sprained ankle or twisted ankle is a common cause of ankle pain. A sprain is stretching and or tearing of ligaments. In other words, you sprain a ligament and strain a muscle. In simpler words, you just got yourself an injury on your ankle (LOL!!). There are 2 types of sprain, as the most common is an inversion sprain (or lateral ligament sprain) where the ankle turns over so the sole of the foot faces inwards, damaging the ligaments on the outside of the ankle.

The second would be the medial ligament sprain, in which it is rare but can occur particularly with a fracture. This happens when the ankle rolls the other way, so the sole of the foot faces outwards, damaging the ligaments on the inside of the ankle.

In addition to the ligament damage, there may also be damage to tendons, bone and other joint tissues, which is why it is important to get a professional to diagnose your ankle sprain. If possible an X-ray should be used, as small fractures or avulsion fractures (occurs at the point where a tendon or ligament attaches to a bone. A force on the tendon or ligament, causes a piece of bone to be pulled away) are common.

There are 3 levels of severity:
Grade 1 sprain:
1) Some stretching or perhaps minor tearing of the lateral ankle ligaments
2) Little or no joint instability
3) Mild pain
4) There may be mild swelling around the bone on the outside of the ankle
5) Some joint stiffness or difficulty walking or running

Grade 2 sprain:
1) Moderate tearing of the ligament fibres
2) Some instability of the joint
3) Moderate to severe pain and difficulty walking
4) Swelling and stiffness in the ankle joint
5) Minor bruising may be evident

Grade 3 Sprain:
1) Total rupture of a ligament
2) Gross instability of the joint
3) Severe pain initially followed later by no pain (which means you are in big trouble)
4) Severe swelling
5) Usually extensive bruising

Therefore, if you have a sprained ankle, the best thing to do is to get treatment immediately. But if you could not find any treatment immediately, then below are some First Aids that could be done before treatment. The key points would be RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation).

R: rest. It is important to rest the injury to reduce pain and prevent further damage. Use crutches if necessary. Many therapists advocate partial weight bearing as soon as pain will allow. This is thought to accelerate rehabilitation.

I: Ice or Cold Theraphy. Applying ice and compression can ease the pain, reduce swelling, reduce bleeding (initially) and encourage blood flow (when used later). Apply an ice pack or similar immediately following injury for 15 minutes. Repeat this every 2 hours.

C: Compression. This reduces bleeding and helps reduces swelling. A Lousiana wrap (click here to see on how Lousiana Wrap is done) bandaging technique is excellent for providing support and compression to a recently injured ankle.

E: Elevation. Uses gravity to reduce bleeding and swelling by allowing fluids to flow away from the site of the injury. So put your feet up and get someone else to wait on you.

After all of these stages, it is still advisable to consult a doctor as thorough check up is still needed.

But always remember, prevention is better than cure as curing ankle often would lead to a problematic ankle in the coming days.

something Different, Something amazing

PREVIOUSLY, WE HAVE TALKED SO MUCH ABOUT HOW MUCH HUMAN BOND CAN BE SO PRECIOUS. AND TODAY, I FOUND OUT SOMETHING MORE… LETS SAY, HUMAN BOND BEYOND SOMETHING WHAT I KNEW ALL THESE WHILE.

It was a really bad day for me, my shoe split into half, twisted my ankle and spoilt my new watch. It wasn’t really a good day for me as there are still so many things to do for the day, but with this injured leg, there isn’t anything possible for me to do, but to rest and hope that it gets well by tomorrow.

But no matter how for tomorrow, I would need to get my feet up and go to college because tomorrow would be my last meeting with my supervisor for my final year dissertation, and it doesn’t seem like I’m getting any farther tomorrow but got to rest at home.

Then I thought of a great idea, ask Wallace for his crutches aka tongkat therefore I could go to college tomorrow. I messaged him through my phone and he called back a while later. Then you know what happened, I heard his voice through the phone, and it has been really long since I heard his voice and so on, really reminds me on how much he cares about me in the past, I mean not as in the homo way, but as in on how much brothers care for each other in the past, and he would definitely be one of them. But now he has left me and move on with his journey for around a year, seems like there isn’t many brothers who could still stand behind my back, holding me through, pushing me through my life.

I almost shed into tears when I was talking to Wallace, and he ended the whole conversation with “call me if you need anything…” A sentence I don’t think I’ll ever hear it anymore in my coming life, as I have screwed up friends in my life now.

But this is not the main point. Right after the conversation, I thought I could calm myself down from the leg’s pain and also from the conversation, therefore I log on to Facebook, Another bastard known as Vijay Rajandran, my Indian brother shared 2 links on amazing grace to me. In his message, “hope grace will take away your pain away and heal your leg :), you’ll be a fine tough guy”…. So did I open the link provided to listen to the song, I did. And you know what, I shed into tears. Thought that I could be so strong by myself all the time, even when I needed help, but this has proven otherwise.

Bonds can be so amazing, even though I’ve not met Wallace for quite a while and I’ve just met Vijay like few months back. But the amazing things that happened around my life, most of the time, it is indescribable. Not to say that there aren’t other people who care about me in my life, definitely there are. But these are the 2 person in guilty today for making my tears fall off my eyes. But no matter what, thanks for loving me so much and care so much about me. :) you guys are the best brothers or buddies or whatever I’ve ever had. Love you guys so much...

LOONEY ME!!!! ~~ Week of the Right of the Children (21 November 2010 - 27 November 2010)

CHILDHOOD, IS SOMETHING THAT NOBODY WILL EVER FORGET. AND THIS WEEK, THE WEEK OF THE RIGHTS OF THE CHILDREN (21 November 2010 - 27 November 2010), HAS BROUGHT EVERY FACEBOOKER BACK TO THEIR CHILDHOOD BY CELEBRATING THEIR MOST INFLUENTIAL CARTOONS IN THEIR LIFE.... AND THESE ARE MINE…

Remember on how we used to watch cartoons like right after we finish classes from kindergarden? It was a hell of exciting moment, which will never ever change my mind on how I perceive cartoons. Cartoons has played a huge part of influencing my life, from becoming a good person, defeating the bad, a mindset that would always make us stay young, as these cartoon character will never ever grow old, and there are so many more things which has influenced our thoughts.

All of us grew up in a century covered by cartoons, which has played a major role in shaping the mentality of the 21st century citizens especially after the coloured television was invented as it played a bigger role in making life more colourful than ever. But there is something that cannot be denied, people grow, and as people grow older, everything can only be made as a memory. Everything is about work and responsibility, and that is the dull life of being an adult. Therefore, this week, I celebrate with cartoons that have played a big role in my life.
